Service bay vanished

Hi! I have very weird problem. Service Bay disappear from constructor list so I can't build service bay.

Can you give me more info please? What map? What race vs what race? Which game mode? Which recycler variant? Which AIP you played against?

Planetoid, ISDF(me) vs Scion, Instant action, aegeis variant w/thugs, wug's level 3. But it disappered for good. I manage to fix it by downloading mod again and switching back to stock mode and back to aegeis mod.
