every time i open it it says "failed to find dedicated server" im on mac

Where can i find confgen_custom_1.cfg?

i make changes but it doesn't apply them to my cfg file instead it saves them to config.cfg and i couldn't find it. I saved the config but now i can't find confgen_custom_1.cfg
