Hello! I believe you need to change this part of the faction.xml. I kept getting

"Could not load Unity Engine.Texture 2D at World/WorldObjects/DefaultFactionBase in any active mod or in base resources. "

on the world generation until I made this change at the two relevant places in the xml.

<homeIconPath>World/WorldObjects/DefaultFactionBase</homeIconPath>
Changed to:
<homeIconPath>World/WorldObjects/DefaultSettlement</homeIconPath>

It might be a problem with your other faction mod as well, but I haven't checked that one yet.

anyone wearing the armor dies of hypothermia at room tempatures, This was confusing when they showed up died on my map and then my guys put on the armor and started freezing to death, once i figured that out it was quite funny.

are the combat bots supposed to come out of fallen mechanoid ship parts? if not i can grab you any relevant info.

i hate to say it because nobody asked my opinion but i will anyways; thats a serious immersion killer. unless the combat bots and the laser weapons are supposed to be originally built by the mechanoids? but i didnt get that impression. or maybe only the combat bots were supposed pop out of the fallen ship part and no mechanoids, but because i was also using more mechanoids they got blended together... i dont know. sorry for rambling and using the bug report thread for sharing my unsolicited opinions but id like to say, besides the rimsenal factions the two faction packs youve made are the only ones ive ever thought were interesting so thanks. oh while im at it, you should consider making the laser weapons do heat damage. vanilla rimworld does include heat damage as an armor value, right? isnt that weird? ok, i know ive typed too much. bye.
