I had this issue a couple of weeks ago. Try moving PT to the top of your load order. That fixed it for me.

I dont think u understood what I reported here. With PT as the only mod in my loadorder this happens, so changing its placement would not matter even with other mods added.
Thank you, been looking for this culprit

Yeap got the same on my swarm. swarm worlds are rigged
Yup, same issue here. Removing this mod from my playset until an update for it drops. Which is a shame, since it adds a lot of fun stuff.
For anyone still trying to find a fix for this, in the comments @Blargh2015 found a temporary solution that works.

Go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1311725711\common\districts open the 00_urban_districts.txt with ur prefered editor and search for slot_Hive or slot_nexus. For both u should find 3 places in the file with a numbering attached to what u searched for, remove the numbering, so it should go from sth like "slot_hive_01" to "slot_hive" then save the file.
With this the crashing should have stopped.

Credits to Blargh2015 for finding this solution.
