How do I either get rid of known vampire trait or stop revealing myself?
Almost every time that I "drink blood," I get the "known vampire" trait. Whenever I create a character and he has no family, this completely ruins the game. If I can't have any kids it's game over. It makes no sense. Why is the fact that I'm known to be vampire change my fertility? I need kids and it makes no sense that I can't even have kids with my vampire wife just because the peasantry knows my secret.

Make it an inheritable trait along with vampirism too, I don't care. Just LET ME HAVE BABIES!

Not exactly an answer to the question but when you offer to turn someone else into a vampire and they accept, they become your child for game purposes. As an undead you should not be trying to get children in the human way.

Yeah but it would be nice to at least have a kid or two. However turning people into vampires is mega OP and I don't even know why I was trying to have kids anyways lol.
