I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, so not posting on the Bug Reports thread.

But 3 times now (once to me, twice to another player) over the past 2 weeks, cards have mysteriously disappeared from the play area. It seems like they were discarded using the "Discard" button. Later in the game, we would notice that we are short some cards (the total from hand + discard + lost piles does not add to starting number of cards). Couldn't find them anywhere - looked in character boxes, other discard piles, etc. We've ended up pulling copies from the fresh character boxes to continue playing the game.

Where it gets mysterious is that after the scenario is over, the scenario won/lost script somehow finds the cards and puts them back in our hands - so we end up with two copies of the lost cards.

I can't help shake the feeling we are hitting some button accidentally and putting them somewhere else. If it happens again, I will try to figure out some commonality.
