Tracking all monsters
We've just played scenario #72, and with 10 oozes, some snakes and imps, keeping track on who had acted was a pain.

Any QOL coming in this regard? e.g. maybe add some boxes to the initiative tracker we can manually tick?

there is a order you have to do in the rules
you have to go elite first and from low to high in number.

I know the order, it was more about, did I do normal 4? what about 6? im at 7 now.

Especially when oozes get removed, then summoned

I know it might not work for everyone tastes but I flip the monster standees 90 degrees sideways when their turn has completed to track it easier, then I flip them all back the other way when round is over.

It would be kind of cool to have a marker you could drop on them that works like the status do (stun, etc..) except maybe it's just a green checkbox or other type of marker then you could use to toggle a random state of your own choosing like turn tracking. Rotating them 90 degrees seemed fine to me but maybe some people like to face them in different directions for ambiance. I just leave them all faced the same way so that I can do that rotation as a way to keep track.

I find that the recent camera and button hotkey items help with this quite a bit. What I find is if a ranged player (ie: me) never takes their eyes off the Scenario it's easier to keep track. This movement may be "Wrong" if Retaliate, Wound, or Death of a player occurs. But those times are infrequent enough that it's easy enough to roll back.

Me (Scenario Cam): Move Elites in order "There are 3 Elite Slimes. Brute, Brute, Scoundrel."
Brute (Cam 1): "I use Leather Armor on one, Heater Shield on the other."
Scoundrel (Cam2): "Ow...."
Me (Scenario Cam): Numpad3, Numpad3, Numpad3, Numpad3. " Brute: 3 and 6, Scoundrel 4"
Brute (Play Area Cam): Health -/+
Scoundrel (Play Area Cam): Health -/+
Me (Scenario Cam): Move Non-Elites in order. "There are 7 Non-Elite Slimes..."

The more you do this, the faster it is and you'll have less players checking their phones during the monster phase as you figure things out.

hmmm the turning sideways thing is a nice trick, i was wondering tho if it's possible to have statuses auto tick down somehow? linked to maybe the start / end round button. Tho tracking the initiative of a stuatus being applyed might be tricky

Not to good at tech things but wouldn't be something like "token gains stun -> when initiative goes black -> red -> remove stun" ?
