Is there a way to add models to Fantasy Gloomhaven?
Hi all, I'd love to be able to replace some of my summons with suitable representations (rather than the disks), without wanting to give spoilers I'm playing the Two Figure class... would anyone know how to upload some suitable figures for their friends?

the summon disks are not scripted so you can use what you want for them ;)
The Bear has a standee you dont need the summon token for him only for the other summons^^ i know he has more then one if you want ;)

What I really want is a little crocodile model, if it has a snapping attack animation all the better!

there are some neat mods on the workshop with models... look for some 3d DnD models or so
then you should be able to grab there a model but without HP Bar Support.
Maybe when i have time i will integrate some models .. but dont expect this to fast

Thanks Kijan, Im not too worried about health bar support (I can add another counter to keep track of that), this falls under the something fun category but in no way essential.
