If you're talking about putting them back in the infinity boxes for future players grabbing those classes:
1. Have your character "miniature" box with all its components inside
2. Right click on the infinity box for the class -> click reset -> drag the "miniature" box into that reset infinity box. It should overwrite.
Card enhancement previews can be deceiving, as well. When a decal is applied, it doesn't show up on the card when searching a deck or when stacked on a deck. It only appears when you pull it out physically and put it somewhere. And this might seem obvious, but make sure you aren't searching a box/deck when trying to put a load of components into another thing.
If none of this helped, I don't quite know what to suggest! Maybe screenshot links through imgur could help.
I did this:
1. Drag a new char out
2. Replace enhanced cards in this box
3. Right click on the infinitive box for the class -> reset. Nothing happen, didnt see any reset infinitive box?
This might be silly, but you have not listed the last step necessary. After you click reset, you need to drag your changed character box and drop it into the infinite box.
