There is a fix for PC users. I've been in touch with the mod creator and here are instructions on how to disable the moving background in the Home Screen (menu)
To take away the background video, navigate to < Steam/Steamapps/Workshop/Motorsport Manager/the 2018 mod/Videos > and disable the file called FrontendBackground.bik
Your file address may be different to his. Mine was a lot different:
< Y:\Games\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\workshop\content\415200\1298997179\Videos >
To disable it, just rename the file to: FrontendBackground.bik.disable
By doing that, the file is not removed, in case you want to re-enable it later.
If you are playing Endurance or GT, then you may want to disable the two other "Frontend*.bik" files too.
After I carried out this simple fix, my Home Screen menus were back to normal and were easy to use. I was able to look at my Pit Crew screen clearly again... Yay!
I hope this helps
Happy hunting!
