they should release the mod to anyone create their servers or it will die there is only some few ppl playing the mod right now

It would be perfect for us to have the possibility to host our own server!! Plaes Devs let us do server so we can spread the mod all arround

Hm, what's the point in this mod if we can't play it solo in local mode? The worst scenario is Scum where you have to buy a dedicated server to play the way you want.

Arma IS what it is today because of the community and the freedom to host most of it yourself. The best example is Exile... The mod has not been developed for some time now but people are still playing it, developing and sharing their stuff. The mod lives to this day and like others here I predict your downfall if selfhosting of your mod continues to be excluded. I can even understand why you don't do that.... For every fart that does not work will then be requested from you and expected support which of course can not be done. This clearly communicate in advance and explicitly mention in the mod description.

A public release for self-hosting would be nice. It looks really good!
