1.) Rideable Breedings
Shinehorns and Baby Shinehorns are breedable! Thats great! But unfortunately the game asks for a saddle for breeded Shinehorns. The ones you can craft in the chest workbanch dont need them. One option could be to remove the genders of the Shinehorns to unable the breeding function - but I think this would be the worsed option. What about making a saddle (maybe invisible) for those breeded versions that can be crafted in the chest? But if all the other animals would have the same problems the dev has to make a saddle for every animal. So why not just make a potion that enables the riding of those breeded cuties? It could have the same effect like "forcetame", so you could ride them like their parents. The potion also could be used for any further creatures coming up with this mod. Whatever option you choose - please do not degender them.... PLEASE!
2.) Backwards movement
Shinehorns can walk, run, jump and attack. Cool. But they can't move backwards. Not cool. Those little things move quite fast, and sometimes it would be really great if you could move backwards too. Infront of a cliff for example. Or while an attack. Could you give us the possibility to move backwards with our lil cuties?
3.) Selffeeding
Shinehorns eat berries. Easy to get and easy to be fed. But unfortunately they can't harvest berries on their own. So it would be very nice if the Shinehorn could harvest its food itself while riding it and attacking a bush.
4.) Upcoming species
You've already listed some creatures you've planned for further updates. Those I am missing in that list are:
- Baby Otter
- Baby Featherlight
- Baby Glowtail
- Baby Paracetamol
- Baby Lystro
and of cource (how could you forget it??):
- Baby Dodo!
Well, thats it for the moment. And please don't get it wrong: Your mod is gread and I awaited it since aberration was out. But things always can be improved...
Selffeeding does not work for now. Don't know if you have had a look into that too. But here is another thing I noticed:
The crafting chest, looks nice, but its texture looks really really aweful... It seems there was no beauty left when you made that chest, so it needed to get ... well... whatever it was ment to be.
Another thing I noticed is the crafting itself! Let's go through the process again:
1. You spawn-in the chest
2. You place the chest
3. You open the chest
4. You put ressources into the chest
5. You choose the animal you want
6. You craft the wanted egg
7. You pull that egg into your inventory
8. You eat the egg
9. TADAAA - a Shinehorn appears!
See what I mean? No? Read it again! Especially Number 8 and 9. You eat the egg and *plopp* there it is! Where do you think does it come from? from the egg, right? And what did you do with that egg? You ate it! So if you ate the egg with the unborn Shinehorn, what do you think was the way the Shinehorn was born? What way do things usually take when you eat them? Where will it come back to daylight? Right - THROUGH YOUR A S S ! So you eat the egg und you s h i t out the Shinehorn. Really? Whats wrong with you, dude? I have 3 Shinehorns and two I've s h i t out of my a s s ?!? Okay, that type of birth tells me why all of them are kinda brown, but(t) really, dude, is that the only possible way? Is that the idea of cuteness?
The Baby Penguin!
Those little cuties can be found in the snow bioms and they are the very very most cute vanilla animal EVER! Of course you can knock-out them and tame them, but they won't stay that cute then. They will grow up and they will then always be cute in some way, but not as cute as they where as a baby...
