Hey there, loving this mod but i have come across something that stumps me. Manged to become high king as Arthur Yay! But problem is when trying to change some of the crown laws or centralisation i have a problem. it says i have to have enacted the unify legal codes reform, the question is simple.
What is this? and how do i do it?
