Game goes back to desktop with CTT active
Hey, I don't know if this is the right place for this. I already made a comment giving the short story.

As soon as I activate the base CTT mod, with or without oder mods active, the game won't load into the main menu anymore. It goes to the loading screen, loads for a while, then goes back to desktop without any kind of error message.

I have no idea why this happens, since CTT should be compatible. Does anyone have any ideas?

Okay, I got ONE idea... the game freezes and crashes back to desktop when trying to select the new Wood Elf Sisters. It might do the same with all new Lords in this patch and DLC, I am testing that right now

Confirmed, even vanilla the game freezes and crashes back to desktop without error message if I select ANY of the 3 new Lords/Ladies in the Campaign Menu. Suggestions what I could do?

sounds like an outdated skip intros or anything like that, and/or movie packs.

First, Thank You for answering!

Skip intros works, It's really CTT that refuses to run with the game... apparently because of the new DLC/Patch Lords. Even completely vanilla, the game crashes back to desktop if I try selecting any of the 3(well, 4) newest characters. And since CTT is an overhaul, it changes them too... I'm really not sure what's going on.

However, I DO have a non-CTT but the rest from your working modlist active Vlad campaign... encountered Drycha, once in the campaign there seem to be no problems.

I have tried multiple times to validate files and repair the game in case of a botched download. Same result.

Now I am seriously looking for a way to delete the T&T DLC and Patch, because it doesn't interest me enough to give up CTT. xD
