Ambergris stacking

Ive configured the gus ini in order to lower the stack rate of ambergris but it seems unaffected.

My settings below:

[100kStackGenResources]
AmbergrisSize=10
TurtleShellSize=500
AmbergrisWeight=0.05
TurtleShellWeight=0.001

Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?
