And a rather unlikely suggestion: Getting the Kurnoth Hunters as a tier 5 unit for Wood Elves? We need more Forest Spirits and they don't break the aesthetic feel or fluff of the faction.
Do you have a link for Warpstone mutants? I have found several Skaven end times regiments that use 'warp' as part of their name, but not 'Warpstone'. Only thing I found was one post online mentioning 'Warpstone Mutants' as a Clan Skryre unit, but no details. And as for Kurnoth Hunters, I am hesitant to touch Age of Sigmar units. I will come back to the Wood Elves eventually, and I have an idea for a Forest Spirit unit.
Yea... The only thing I liked about AoS was the Hunters. They could fill the anti-large missile unit with their bows (as well as being *decent* in melee) and forest spirits hammer unit when using swords (anti-infantry) or Scythes (anti-large with larger AP ratio). Wish I could mod them myself but apparently it's not possible because I can't make the Durthu model (which is the closest to these) use a bow or scythe.
I'll wait to see what you come up with :)
So generally I can give a n animation rigged for any human skeleton to any other human unit, and, though I have not tried it, possibly give elven animations to humans, but I can't give a human animation to a skink, or at least I can't without visually breaking the unit. So you could give the Durthu model a bow animation from the glade guard, but he might end up looking twisted inside out in the battle, I don't know for certain, I haven't tried that one in particular.
