Dragons And Wyverns Don't Wander

Is there an ini thing I have to enter or is there just something i'm not doing right or...? This isn't THAT important and if it doesn't work then whatever but i'd like to make it work if it does

I've noticed that only dragons/wyverns that I hatch and raise myself will wander - wild ones that have been naturally or force-tamed don't seem to wander. They also don't wander all that much in general (dragons even less than wyverns) though they do wander occasionally.
