No damage from anything at the back... All hits to your head from all weapons are critical... As slow as a heavy... Can't jump... Overall -15% damage penalty...

+Nullifies damage in the back by ??%
+Less knockback
+Protects against backstabs
-Makes you as slow as the Heavy
-More fall damage
Breaks after enough damage to the back, then you have to go back to resupply.
You're a normal sniper until then

no damage from back, 25% of max HP when hit anywhere else and -10% movement speed
