Cant get the blacksmith to work

So i am trying to buy a weapon is that not implemented yet? i have 2000 gold (been grinding) and when i say "Id like to specify" what ever i click just exits me out of the chat...

Possibly other NPC mods conflicting causing an issue

SAME, i have no NPC mods and its still says, "a fine selection" the same goes for other NPC shops
