Definitive Edition temporary version
I made a temporary version of this mod for the Definitive Edition using the method in the Reddit post linked later in the discussion, while we're waiting on a DE version from the actual author. Here's a link to the .pak file.

Drop it into your "<Documents>\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Mods" folder, then enable it in the Mods menu in the game's main menu.

You may need to mess with the mod load order (though I didn't). If done correctly, you should see a magic black crate as soon as you go up the stairs from the tutorial deck after starting a new game. It'll be intersecting with a desk/table and you'll be able to open it and collect the Sourcery items.

Original mod rules and restrictions apply, results may vary, I am not responsible for any problems this may cause, use at your own risk, etc. Have fun!

This is one of my favorite mods for this game, any chance you'd be willing to convert it for the Definitive Edition?

Any way you could provide me with the edited file? I strictly followed the guide numerous times but I cannot get it to work.

How about I add you as friend, you upload it to Zippy/Mega or something and send me the link in private chat?

The author hasn't been on for 100+ days, I don't think this mod is getting updated. Thanks though for this however.
