How do i recruit this unit?

This unit can be recruited for 1 koku in the campaign once you posses these two buildings in the same province: Criminal Syndicate and Ninja Clan Fortress.

This unit can also be recruited in Custom Battles. They are listed under the sword infantry section, as opposed to stealth and other special units.
