High elves (Imrik) building chain broken
The plaza-building chain is missing the third upgrade to "promenade", making it impossible to progress past the second upgrade. In the vanilla game it works perfectly fine, but as soon as Radious 1 and 2 are active the building is missing.
I dont know if anyone else has this problem.
If this was already pointed out, I´m sorry for mentioning it again

Recent High Elves dlc is required to have all buildings if you play as HE.

I´ts not exactly "recent", but you need the Warden and the Paunch DLC to build them with the mod as those buildings unlock units included in that DLC.

is there any work around this? like can i make a submod to by pass the building and go directly to t4?

So without buying the DLC, we are kind of screwed on that building chain? That chain is required for one of Tyiron's quests.
