With the changes i mentioned you could have an amazing science civ as it stands the civ is mediocre not worth subscribing.
The changes to buff snow tiles would be good for culture growth, and aid in making the polar cities taller and I'll go ahead and implement those. I was afraid to add too much because I wasn't quite sure how impactful giving a 'free petra' for tundra tiles would be.
