Not able to craft Plate scraps. Anyone else with this issue?

I have an anvil, scrap metal + scrap metal + crafters hammer and when I try to combine it is not giving me plate scraps.

There are no hammer in the recipe now. Try anvil and two metal scraps. Hammer will be added after the next update.
