command to assign class
I can't seem to assign them a class through commands.
Is there a separate one by any chance?

No. Don't really see a purpose for that mod either, specially with all the others that I'm using.
Introduces alot of stuff I'm not interested in and fear might actually lead to conflicts more so than anything else.

Bueno te doy un proposito , podes reclutar uno de estos entrenarlo en el GTS como soldado y elegir las especializaciones que quieres para tu Quarian , muchas funciones RPGO puedes desactivarlas en el menu config
