Gloomy lighting on gm_gmall when I set the time to 23:02

I want the time to be night but when I use the time function of StormFox the lighting of gm_gmall becomes really dark and gloomy. Only when I set the time to day I don't get gloomy lighting. When the addon is disabled then the light and time of day works as intended. Fixes?
