debug codes
in here the debug codes that I implemented to be used with the ingame console command event.

To use:
open the console and type "event pm_debug.#" where the # is replaced by a number from the list below (like so: event pm_debug.0 )


basic debug options
0 Clear all modifiers on planet (doesn't work atm)
1 Reroll modifiers on planet (make sure to select a planet, same for all modifier options below)
planet modifiers -- select the planet before using the command to remove/add the following modifiers
