I am to but I do not know a solution You might be able to get rid of it by bringing down the npc count.

Too much NPCs make game consume more CPU so AI can work out results in lag

I'm getting lag aswell, How do you bring down the npc count while in this gamemode? I have tried sbox_maxnpc X ect.
