How to activate Item spawning?!?!?! Error?

Started Game in Zmod Gamemode and typed !ato (gm_atomic). Nothing happens.... -.- -.- -.-

You can read description please? the cmd does not exist everything is automatic. If nothing happens. the problem is not here.

The zombies spawn automaticly, but the items wont spawn in houses and suck.
