Cant move after spawn

I go to the server but when l spawn l cant move even when my ping is perfect

If you press jump and crouch? Maybe you stuck in ground.

yes when l walk its acting like lag when l jump and crouch l stuck at the ground l even uninstalled it from addon file didnt work help me .____.
