how do you enable the zmod i have the addon enabled and nothing happens no map or anything (help!!!)

well i need somehelp starting my zmod i dont know how to change it to the zmod gamemode

there is a panal were it will say ttt or sandbox (sandbox will have a hammer picture on it ) and click it if you got zmod it will show up in there click on zmod and pick a map that zmod works with when you spawn on the map there should be zombies and items and stuff from zmod
