Scaling gone wrong

So at some point during the installation this happens and it seems to freeze there:

When I run the game, it looks like:

Any ideas? I disabled the 'Bigger Interface' and tried again, no difference. I'm still running 'Better Looking Garbs' and 'Ruler Designer Unlocked' though.

Could you post your debug.log found in scale_ui directory.
