When I reached the Topal Sea Island and I got the quest to find and free Jo'ran ( Rebuilding the Past ), I am encountering a bug I cant work around or something. After I killed all the Bandits on the Island, I go to the boat where Jo'ran is, but he has its hands drawn and is in combat position. Looks like he had a fight with a Bandit, and I can´t talk to him and can´t continue the quest. he isn´t in the cage anymore, the door is open.

Reloading and re-traveling to the topal island doesn´t helps. everytime I reach him , he killed a Bandit and continues standing in combat positions with spells / hands drawn.
