Stat balancing is proving to be really difficult. Some folks want more damage, some want less... Guess it's impossible to make everyone happy. ;)
in the end though its your mod, so you should adjust the stats to how you see fit
given that scorpions shells actually are literally partially made of iron (they absorb the iron from the blood and things they eat and apply it to their armor) at this size an scorpion would be akin to a main battle tank toughness wise).
usually the rule says the bigger a creature the weaker the poison, however if you get a mutation that just makes you bigger randomly, your poison wont be weaker, you will just get much more poison, since the amount of poison scales by the cube, this thing given the usual poison of a modern scorpion, be able to knock down a blue whale with a single sting in seconds, assuming it doesn't outright kill it from a heart attack from the sheer pain and nervous system overload.
so i have to say this thing is seriously underpowered, but for the sakes of balance it can be forgiven (simply put a scorpion this size would be a godlike powerful creature), though it is still way too weak HP wise.
Sure Bugreports should be adressed, but everything else, that isn't something you say "why didn't I think of this from the start?" - it's your mod after all.
This sounds like a great write-up for a modern b-Movie
