If you have some basic knowledge of pac, you might want to try this out.
Create a rectangle to represent the healthbar, maybe put it in some kind of frame ect.
Then create a clip object on the rectangle, make sure it is parented so it moves with it.
Put a PROXY inside of the clip, and use it to change the position of the clip relative to the player's health.
It will take some adjustment to get the clip to line up with one end when at full health and the other and when at 0 health, but it should be doable.
