Suggestions
I am currently making a remade version of the tool. I have some ideas I will try to implement on the new version, such as posing other bones than physbones (fingers, toes..), bone scaling gizmo, fully customizable constraints (which include IK chains).
It will take time to implement the already existing features on the new one, because I want it to be structured much better for continuing development, but anyways, I decided to start this thread.
So post your own suggestions!

I think being able to make the gizmos invisible or visible would be be a nice thing to have, so when you are making a video you can use the gizmos with the ik chaines to do some fast/lasy puppeteering. This would save some time rather than welding an invisible prop to a limb, or using stop motion for a simple movment.

Its never gonna get done; Winded pretty much stopped doing anything. Ragdoll Mover tool is having serious issues. It won't let me adjust the pose and won't recognize upon clicking on any highlighted limbs and when I do, it causes his/her selected limbs to literally spaz out.
But he just say in on half of the work, he can't ♥♥♥♥ right now. Damn
So I presume this is dead right? Shame.
When posing with multiple props/ragdolls at once it often happens to me, that i accidentally move the object behind the ragdoll I originally wanted to pose. You could fix that by coloring the ragdoll, which the IK chains belong to, that you are looking at.
I don't know if you're ever going to finish the remake of this addon but here are some of my suggestions. (If I think of more than just this one)

1. Poles:
Poles are controls to rotate the center of an IK-Chain around.
Selecting the knees and elbows in your addon is very buggy / sensitive to do and you can never really get what you want without it going elsewhere.
Here's an example. These are the TF2 rigs from Autodesk MAYA which have these poles.

I feel this would be way better to do IF you can. Garry's Mod ragdolls may not even have poles. If you can do this or have a better way I hope you can.

That seriously sucks. Winded is one of the best workshop creators out there. He made such greats like the stop-motion tool, which basically made the GMod animator community a whole lot bigger. Luckily that still works (I think), but now it's gonna be a lot harder to pose ragdolls since this is basically the only ragdoll mover on the workshop.
can you also try to add bones that when u use the advanced bone tool and select the bones that it doesn't show up in the ragdoll it self, for example :
i tried to move the Bip_spine 2, but there's only Bip_spine 1 in the ragdoll, unless i use the advanced bone tool and find Bip_spine2.

It used to be that when I first used this tool for objects other than ragdolls, I could make the objects hang in mid-air, which helped with props that were to be held by characters, made a lot easier than with the physics gun and No Collide.

Only now, that doesn't seem to work anymore. Go to try and make it hover, the object will fall the moment you let go.

What's missing?
Let us be able to select specific bones from a menu because some models altered with Ragdoll Resizer can make certain bones very difficult or flat-out impossible to click on because the targeted bone name never shows up.
Sucks to see that this has been abandoned. Being able to move non-physics bones is a must for the types of things I'm doing, and it'd be so much easier if this tool had support for that. Oh well.
Load/Save IK Chain Information
Please add a tool for loading and saving IK chain information for ragdolls that don't have IK information. It's a little hit-or-miss often the first time I do a round of setting up the IK information for a ragdoll sometimes. It would be nice if I could do it once, confirm it's correct, and then save it to be used later on that ragdoll.
A way to reset the bones back to normal without unfreezing. I lost a lot of work because of this.
Could you add support to Half Life: Source ragdolls by any chance, that would be amazing if you did, thanks
