Williams Oil Equipment Sales by Populous

After a great deal of pressure from town council, and the Mayor to clean up dirty industry, the Williams family gave in, cleaned up the pollution and closed the dirty factories once and for all.

While Luke Williams, the charmer of the family purchased the closed sweat shops and turned them into high end entertainment, his brother Ray Williams was at a loss; for all he knew and all he was good at was selling factory product the family no longer produced…

The brothers set to talking at the Williams Downtown Brew Pub and talking led to laughing and laughing led to the two brothers wrestling which landed Ray unconscious with a huge bump on his head… When he woke he spouted “I CAN sell the best possible equipment at the best possible price. I can build on unused Williams land from here to the other side the country and, they, will, come.”

There you have it... Williams Oil Equipment Sales.

Populous, just to let you know if you are unaware. The required items needed for your asset do work. I downloaded them on 4/14/2023 without any issues. The cranes are there, all of them.
I used it for the Caterpillar yard asset.

billhanckel I asked this be fixed and I see others have let him know they are having the same problems, but with a Mobile Crane. I am sure it will be fixed soon

Ah, the prop author updated the prop again... I will write and they are very good about fixing things. Thank you for letting me know... I will comment here to let you know.

Populous: I would like to use this asset but keep getting a message saying "Tractor trailer 4" is missing. Have subscribed to the "Construction Equipment Props Pack". Have looked all through the workshop but cannot see/find the only "Tractor trailer" prop that I see in the Williams Oil Equipment Sales pic. Don't like the clutter of leaving "missing messages" in my game. Can you tell me how to find the missing Tractor trailer prop--ie, which one you used??? Hope you can. Thanks much.
