A big city needs its own police department. Why not use the standard ones from Los Angeles? Their generic livery will fit in with police departments across Cities Nation. Further, most of the fleet uses a dashing Federal Signal Valor lightbar, which illuminates the road in a unique and captivating manner.
All vehicles except the Gallardo uses the Federal Signal Valor lightbar (just like in real life for LAPD's newer fleet and test vehicles). The Gallardo uses the normal lightbar. I dislike the Arjent, so it will not be on any of my police vehicles.
Many of the vehicles also have flashing headlights and taillights during emergency responses. LAPD vehicles are the only ones to have that feature out of all my releases.
If you want a fire department livery based generally off of the LAFD or if you want to have AMR ambulances (used in LA), visit my Fire and EMS set
