*Costs $35,000 to build.
*Does NOT include plants on the lot, only concrete. You can use extra landscaping tools, prop and tree anarchy, prop line tool, custom trees and props and other things to decorate these buildings your own way!

*Main Model: 3,510 tris with 1024x2048 textures.
*LOD model: 280 tris with 256x256 textures.
