RICO Administrative building (Krasnodar, Russia)

Hi!

New building by me ;) Today it is asset based on building of Krasnodar regional administration. This building located in center of Krasnodar near Zhukov's Squar on Krasnaya street. Soviet style.

In game:
- 4x14 office building;
- 150 workplaces;
- RICO (required);
- after dark;
- $90k cost;
- custom LOD with lightmaps

If you don't have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features.
