Описание
Town Hall from Spisska Nova Ves,(Slovakia).

The town authorities of Spišská Nová Ves had the present Town Hall building built in the Classicist style in 1777 - 1779. The cost was 11,569 canaries and 51 mites. It is a scattered three storeyed, block, six-axial with a monumental buttress. The main entrance is situated on the north side. However the main facade faces south.
During a long period of time, from its construction up to the fifties of our century, the town hall was the center of all municipal activities. All important events, actions, decisions, which concerned the town and its citiziens, happened either inside the town hall or within close vicinity. Meetings of the citiziens were held in front of the town hall and from its balcony representatives of municipal administration and political parties addressed residents of the town and made their speeches. That is why the informal name - Municipal House, which the town hall was given from the very beginning, is still widely used among the town's inhabitants.

I downloaded your asset however will not use it. It's a small townhall that I would like to build in my city which is also small yet, but it's too much expensive.
And later, when I'll have 110,000 to buy a townhall there are more suited ones to bigger cities for the same price.
Is there a way to make it cheaper ?

A rend kedvéért Magyarul: Igló a középkori városháza eladása után új városházát építetett.Az eladásból befolyt pénzből fedezték a mai városháza építését, ill. a város is támogatás nyújtott.Az 1777-1779 között klasszicista stílusban épült háromszintes épület a főtér közepén található. A város először 1268-ban szerepel oklevélben Villa Nova néven, mai magyar nevén 1279-ben említik először Igloszásza alakban. A tatárjárásban elpusztult, de IV. Béla újratelepíttette.A 14. században kohói, hámorai létesültek, híres volt harangöntödéje is. 1412-ben ezt is elzálogosította Zsigmond magyar király Lengyelországnak. 1778-ban az 1772-ben a lengyel zálogból visszakerült szepesi városok központja lett, ez a vezető szerepe 1876-ban szűnt meg.A trianoni békeszerződésig Szepes vármegye Iglói járásának székhelye volt. A város jelenleg Szlovákiában a Kassai kerület Iglói járásának székhelye.

Could you make it a bit more affordable? Maybe 60000 C for constructing and 800 C/week for maintaining it.
