RICO Residential "Moskovskiy" 16-floor (Krasnodar, Russia)

Hi!

I continue to make models of buildings Krasnodar (Russia) to Cities Skylines.
What we have today?
BLOCKS! New block building, which is very much in the South of Russia here!

Summarily:
- RICO 3x7 residential building;
- 60 families;
- low construction cost;
