1. Does this mod still work/receive support? as I see it's been nearly a year since the last comment.
2. Will this mess up an existing game, meaning I'd have to only use it for future playthroughs?

Why can't we move dukes to neighboring kings? Maintaining dejure drift this way requires me to disable the mod, move the duke, then enable it again etc, it's tedious.
causing issues when im giving key duchies to my new kingdoms so they take the threat level after i hit emperor level
