Hunters Instinct Fix

Description
BUG FIXED IN WOTC

Fixes a hunter instinct behaviour since June 30 patch where the bonus crits meant for melee attacks are applied to all attacks except melee attacks (including grenades).

Compability
Overwrites X2Effect_HuntersInstinctDamage

The various fixes in WoTC (and improved mission load times etc.) weren't backported to the base game.

ya in LW2 hunter's instinct is a sharpshooter perk but shinobis use swords

LW2 Hunter's Instinct does +2 damage it doesnt change crit, so this mod is not required
