@10Avoid You should do what's convenient for users, not for you. Not everyone is a city painter. Most players want their cities to grow naturally (me included). And for that we need growables, not ploppables.

It's a really bad idea to make a unique building if footprint is 4x4 or smaller. Ploppable RICO was made to allow 'growables' that don't fit 4x4 footprint. But if building fits, why do you make it ploppable?
