Kuvaus
My glass works converted to a café, restaurant or gallery (or whatelse you imagine it can be). It has a few changes in the model and texture, but the general look is the same.

I plan on making this as a normal commercial building as well, but I just can't decide if it should be high or low density and what level it should be. So let me know what it feels like to you :)

Hah, this was the name of the only strip club in the area around where I live. I love the model!

Ty for the feedback! I've uploaded a normal low density commercial version today. :)

Agree. This looks like low density level 3 to me. It's pretty, nicely lotted and would work nicely among low and spread out buildings.

I'd vote for it to be low density commercial, figuring that those areas are previously industrial zones being redeveloped, while more intercity zones have always been shops and hotels.

Really like the converted industrial look, at any rate! Reminds me of when I drove through St. Louis a while back, lots of similar development going on there.

It's so unique...may I suggest RICO for it?)
<3 your new brick buildings!
