Republic Commando: "Boss" Voicepack

Have a squad of commandos ready for deployment but you want to get the authentic feel of having a squad leader and/or something like that? Well then look no further. This voicepack adds the voice of the RC-1138, the leader of Delta Squad.

I'll be updating this every now and then to give it more voice lines but for now it seems pretty okay to release.

I might do a voicepack for the rest of Delta Squad soon enough.

Please give me some feedback/suggestions on how to improve this voicepack.

Removed ModShaderCache.upk to limit space usage.
