MGS5: TPP - XOF

DICLAIMER: YOU NEED THE OLD XOF ADDON, AND MY PRIOR GROUND ZEROES ADDONS FOR THE MODELS TO WORK PROPERLY.

This is the TPP XOF, they've got the new CVCs, the gasmask, some goggle bodygroups, and a bunch of decal options for their helmets, there's also a 90s navy seals skin.
