Description
Adds the Night's Watch, led by Jeor Mormont. Based on the book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin.

The Night's Watch is sworn to protect the realm, and protect they shall. The UA allows both cities and units to be hard to kill, and paired with forts, can make the Night's Watch's defenses impenetrable. The UU, the Ranger, is a mobile scouting unit that also can hold its own. The UB, the Builder's Hall, promotes city growth by offering less defense in exchange for extra production to buildings.

UA: Watchers on the Wall: Units that start their turn fortified have 25% more defense Strength and +1 Vision. Cities have +50 HP and +5 Strength.

UU: Ranger
- Replaces the Swordsman. Can move after attacking, has +1 Vision, and ignores terrain cost.
UB: Builder's Hall
- Replaces Walls. Provides only +25 HP and +3 Strength, but grants +10% Production to building construction. Also, the city heals 50% faster.

I think the 50% heal buff for walls is a bit over the top but I'll give it a try for sure! Maybe I'll try this with raging barbs or when trying out a higher AI difficulty.

Dunno how is that UA supposed to work (I'm a terrible newbie at modding), but when checking Night's Watch cities with IGE, they do not have their dummy building (Night's Watch Defense or whatever it's called) adding those HP and strength, so I've added it to his cities manually (just like the +33% border growth from "Winter is Coming" to Eddard's cities, because they were missing too.. )

@ArRashid: I interpret his hate for warmongers as 'protecting the realm.' Without it, he was cool with the White Walkers conquering the North as long as they left him alone, so I wanted him to be a defender of sorts.

With the Watch's policy of not giving a flying ... about Westeros' politics, I guess he should NOT be hating people for warmongering. Also his expansion flavor should be toned to minimum or he steals half north from Starks :P
