It's standing on a 4x4 parcel and is at Level 3.

The building is about 970 triangles and has a custom LOD (70 tris only) and custom LOD textures, the textures are 1024 (128 for the Lod).

@Iderik: All growables require the same thing according to their footprint and levels. Same goes for the vanilla (already included in the game) ones.

this makes my city go crazy, because all your lvl 3 commercial building require 50 uneducated workers.

This building looks very good but it has a tendency to be the only building that spawns for me, looks very repetitive
